Please note that as of 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the General Data Protection Regulation β€” GDPR) applies.

Lusto Services SRL processes personal data in connection with its activities. Notification of such processing to the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing is not required where the situations set out in Decision no. 200/2015 do not apply.

Exemption from notification does not relieve the controller of its other obligations under applicable data-protection rules, including adopting appropriate measures to protect personal data.

Lusto Services SRL processes personal data to carry out translation, interpreting, document preparation for print, copywriting, revision and collation, notarisation, apostille, authorised translations, and any other activities related to translation and interpreting services.

Collection and processing of personal data are carried out under the laws and regulations in force.

You may at any time request rectification, erasure or restriction of access to your personal data by emailing traduceri@lusto.ro.

Your personal data may be transferred for processing in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • the right to be informed;
  • the right of access;
  • the right to rectification and update;
  • the right to erasure and restriction of processing;
  • the right to object to data portability where applicable;
  • the right to be informed of any rectification, erasure or restriction of processing;
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority β€” the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), headquartered in Bucharest, Bd. Gheorghe Magheru no. 28–30, Sector 1;
  • the right to be informed about personal-data security breaches.
